About Your Order

Q1. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can cancel or make changes to your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing us at info@lafufuclothes.com. After that, orders are processed and cannot be modified.

Q2. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us within 1 hour of purchase. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed status, you may be responsible for reshipment fees.

Q3. I didn’t receive my order, but it shows as delivered. What now?
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us right away. We’ll open an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note: we do not offer refunds for parcels lost by postal services, but we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Q4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging and tags intact.

Q5. How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at info@lafufuclothes.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Q6. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Q7. Are there any return fees?
Returns for refunds are subject to a 10% processing and restocking fee. Exchanges are free of charge.

Q8. I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
We’re so sorry! Please email us at lafafaclothes@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item. If approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and replacement or refund.

Q9. Can I return a gift?
Yes — just make sure to check the item upon arrival. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 15 days of delivery, even if it’s a gift.

Q11. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, then shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Q12. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We ship to the United States, and Standard international shipping is free. Please note: customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q13. What if my order is delayed?
We’ll notify you right away if there are any delays and share a revised delivery estimate.

Q14. Can I get my order in time for a special occasion?
We can’t guarantee delivery by specific dates. Please order well in advance to avoid disappointment. Returns due to missed events must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
