How can I return my order? 

You can generally return your order within 30 days of receiving it by clicking on the "Return" button in your order details.

Enter the relevant order information to register your return request. You will need the order number and the email address used for the order at Lafufuclothes. You can find your order number in the order and shipping confirmation.Considering the desire for sustainability and conscious consumption, we have chosen not to offer free returns.

How long does shipping take, and what are the shipping costs? 

Orders received from Monday to Friday before 11:30 AM (GMT) will be shipped on the same working day. Orders received after 11:30 AM (GMT) will be shipped on the next working day.

For all users whose single order value is more than $50, we offer free shipping. If the order value is below $50, a shipping cost from $10-$30 will be deducted from the order.

How can I track the status of my order? 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email at info@lafufuclothes.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Card 

In the Toppointsport online shop, you can shop with confidence using your credit card. We accept credit cards with the MasterCard and Visa symbols, as well as credit cards from the companies Mastercard and Visa Card. Your credit card will only be charged once the order has left our facility. If the order consists of multiple deliveries, the credit card will be charged with the shipment of the first partial delivery. If you return the goods, the amount will be credited back to your card account.

When selecting the PayPal payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can simply log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can log in as a guest or open a new PayPal account and then confirm your payment.
